Natili Restaurant Was Founded by John A. Natili On August 3, 1939. the Total Seating Area Consisted of the Smaller Dining Room Off the Wayne Street Entrance. There Was A Grill in the Window Featuring the Hot Sausage Sandwich With Peppers and Onions. This Was Always Kept Simmering To Make Anyone Walking by Weaken From Its Sight and Aroma. And, of Course, the Ever Famous Spaghetti, Alla Natili. in the 1950's, John Natili Purchased the Building Where the Restaurant Now Exists. he Expanded Upward To Where the Bar and Lounge Now Are, and Downward To Obtain More Seating in What Was A Coffee Shop Atmosphere. Our Bar Area Is Indeed Very Unique. the Three Chandeliers Over the Bar Are All Hand-Blown Crystal Imported From Venice, Italy. You Might Also Notice the Glass Mural Above the Chandeliers and Large Wall Mural, Both Hand Painted in 1965. in 1979 We Converted the Lower Coffee Shop Area To an Extension of the Kitchen. At That Time We Also Added Our Present New Dining Facilities Off the Wayne Street Entrance. John Natili Loved His Restaurant, and Especially Appreciated the Customers Who Graced It. he Made You Feel As If You Were His Friends Coming To His Home for Dinner; and Indeed You Were. Mr. Natili Had A Very Simple Philosophy When It Came To Operating His Restaurant. No Gimmicks, No Frills, Just Give the People 'true Value', Good Food, Good Service, and A Good Atmosphere To Enjoy Them.
